Holiday in France 2005

On Sunday 31st July we set off for France with Eurocamp via Condor Ferries Poole-St Malo - which was delayed due to one of the engines not working properly & then spent a night on the camp site at Dol de Bretagne before driving to La Tranche-sur-Mer in the Vendee

We stayed on the "Bel" Camp site & kids really enjoyed the pool, play areas, Eurocamp Fun station & animateaur. We visited a variety of beaches in generally very hot & sunny weather.

We stayed on a camp site "La Baie" which was between 2 beaches on the Kervillen peninsular just outside La Trinite-sur-Mer, and managed to visit (twice) Joss's favourite beach "La Guerite" just the other side of Carnac (including for a sunset).

On our final day we had a crepe in St Malo before getting the Ferry back to Engalnd which was delayed by 2 hours and then took most of the night to get there as 3 of the 4 engines were not working properly.
